Do you ship all over South Africa?
Yes. If a courier will go there, so will we.

How long will my order take?
Standard orders leave us within 3–5 working days. Custom work takes 7–10 working days from artwork approval — longer for bulk orders. If you need it faster, rush orders are possible, but they’ll cost a little extra. Plan ahead. We believe in you.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a tracking number. What you do with the anxiety between dispatching and delivery is between you and your phone.

What’s your returns policy?
If something arrives defective, we’ll fix it — repair, replacement, or refund, your choice, as per the Consumer Protection Act. If you just changed your mind, that’s a you problem. We make everything to order, so we can’t take back a perfectly good tee that simply lost the argument with your wardrobe.

I received this as a gift and it’s the wrong size. Help.
We’ve got you. Drop us a mail at [eff.this.tee@gmail.com] with a photo of the item and what you need instead. As long as it’s unworn, tagged, and within 30 days of delivery, we’ll sort it out. Custom prints are the exception — those are non-exchangeable.

Can you make something for my business / event / team?
Absolutely. We’re capable of being entirely respectable when the brief calls for it. Custom orders start with a quote, so get in touch and tell us what you need. Minimum one unit, PDF artwork preferred, and yes — rush orders are possible if you’ve left it embarrassingly late.

What printing method do you use?
DTF — Direct to Film. It’s state of the art, it moves with the fabric, and your print will outlast most relationships. Colours stay sharp, wash after wash.

What sizes do you offer?
All of them. XS through to however many Xs it takes — and if your size is starting to look NSFW, we need to have a quick chat about upsizing the design to match. It’s not a big deal, it just affects the cost (a little bit). Drop us a line and we’ll sort it out. Nobody gets left behind.

How do I know what size to order?
We have a size guide on each product page. Measure yourself, consult the chart, order with confidence. Returns for sizing on custom orders aren’t possible, so this step is worth taking seriously.

Do you do wholesale?
Talk to us. We’re not opposed to a conversation.

Something went wrong with my order. What do I do?
Email us at [eff.this.tee@gmail.com] with your order number and a description of the problem. We’re not the kind of people who make you fill out a form and wait three weeks. We’ll sort it.
